Ok, but the time alex normaly streams is usually past office hours anyway, and because he effectively installed new walls all the way around the sound shouldn’t leak too much.

I love how you don’t need to spend time aiming it, the wide angle lens makes it so that anything in the vague direction will pic it up!

Alex,
I made some photoshop edits for you, but I’m not really sure how to send them to you?
thanks -

so I haven’t tried it myself, but since posting this I’ve done a bit of research, its called the Birdie mount (made by birdie (the company) I think) and you mount the gopro in t and literally throw it as high as you can, then its designed to slow the decent and provide a cheap (but far less effective) alternative for drones. and it should work for…

OMG! Its hard to decide but I think it has to be the wrist mount. though it can be a bit awkward to position so you don’t get any fingers in the shot, it makes an awesome point and shoot setup for scuba diving and allows you to easily swap between selfie or fpv
(thanks so much for replying by the way, I don’t want to sound like another one of… -

aha thanks for the tip
I’ve only had experience with the knock off ones that are really cheap of amazon and they only really last two minutes before slipping right off :/ probably the cause for my concern

I love how accurate the voice commands are, I was using a friends GoPro whilst he was visiting me for the weekend, and you don’t even have to be very clear with your words, and it’s next to instant, the only thing I don’t understand is when the GoPro is where it was built to be, on a motorbike, or scuba diving, speaking to it may be a bit chalanging :/

for skating a great tip, I think, is when you use the top, make sure to remove the grippe where the 3m sticky is going, it will provide a much firmer stick. if you want to remove it use a hairdryer and credit card to prise it up. Its much easier than trying to pull it off and leaves no marks. Finally if you want to film underneath the board, which…

my favourite mount would have to be the super suit used with the 3-way pole, it looks perfect for diving because you don’t have to worry about water damage and the pole provides a view under rocks or in wrecks etc that would be impossible otherwise.
Id love to win the gopro because it would mean I can do my underwater videography course and then… -

I love how easily the gopro attaches to and from the karma and karma grip, if I won I would defiantly have to save up for a karma by selling whatever I could

I think the voice control for the hero 5 series is a neat little idea, its great for selfies or when the camera is in a hard to reach place like your leg or head

one of my favourite mounts is the goose neck mount, great for skating shots and incredibly versatile

1st off, thanks so much, it genuinely helps a lot to hear someone else say it’s good
and secondly that’s an awesome idea, I’ll try it out, the only problem I have with things like this is getting it all to blend nicely so it should be good for experience. Should be up on instagram in the next week or two depending on exams and if I can get it…

the image stabilisation looks so useful for sports like mountain biking or skiing, I know that programs can get rid of shake in editing, but it won’t be as good and there is nothing worse than seeing a really cool like from a mountain bike run, but the image is so shaky it gives you a headache

I love how gopro have kept all the mounting the same since the hero 3 line, very useful for people who can upgrade to the newest model and don’t need to buy all the mounts again

for me 3d printing has been massively helpful for my graphics design project, it allowed me to quickly make mock ups to test dimensions and looks etc without too much cost (other than the initial start up cost)
