The item changes to support have me curious. They seem to cater to more carry style supports with the addition of AD items and reducing the cost sink into support items. Plus with the addition of an assassin and ADC support, the pattern of adding more carrying potential there.

I wonder if down the line, it doesn’t just devolve into “immobile…[Read more]

  • ?LoLPreSeason2020

As a support player, one of the things I’m a bit miffed about is the XP changes. Its not really fun being 2-3 levels behind everyone else. So the fact that they are nerfing bonus XP means as a support, I’m going to be falling even further behind in levels, since I’ll almost never be farming a lane by myself (or be alone at all for that matter).…[Read more]

  • ?LoLChampionReworks

Having reworks be as close as possible to in feel and vision of their original design is probably the best choice since most champions are unique. But I don’t think having reworks that effectively replace an old champion with a new one are bad either. I think as long as it captures the spirit of what the old champion was trying to be (and also…[Read more]

  • ?QuestionToAskLoLDeveloper

What qualities do they think\know made Nexus blitz unviable to be a permanent mode? Is Riot still looking for a new permanent mode to add? If so, do they want this mode to be a new competitive mode like SR, causal like ARAM, or something else?

  • ?YourLeagueHotTake

Stealth is a powerful tool for ambushing unsuspecting targets. Because the enemy can’t see you, there is little they can do to preemptively defend against you. It basically boils down to being in a position that is always safe (under tower or in a group).

Burst takes away your ability to react. If someone burst you down you either die or get so…[Read more]

  • ?YourLeagueHotTake

Characters that have stealth, shouldn’t have burst (no stealth assassins). Assassins shouldn’t have escapes (high risk/high reward)

  • ?Biggest thing holding you back in LoL

I don’t really want to play longer games that happen in summoner rift and I don’t really feel compelled to go past gold ranking because that’s where the rewards are at and I don’t want to commit to playing ranked games to stay in plat+ (even if only monthly ones)

  • ?FavouriteLoLMETA

Season 2 jungle was my favorite. Mostly because of Skarner and how silly his ult was back then. Though I also liked playing as some of the tanks like Amumu back then and not get totally screwed by counter jungling.

  • ?What should I play while levelling up?

Is AD Malzahar still a thing? Or is that a bit too troll?

  • ?What rating did you end Season 8

Just made it in on the last day. I really happy I did because I know I can and was just worried I didn’t give myself enough time. I think I’m going to try and get gold at the beging of next season rather than the end.

  • ?Voice Chat in League

In a competitive team game, communication is key to victory. A voice chat would go a long way to improving the coordination between strangers to pull off more unique strategies and vary up the game. Of course it is true that the community can be toxic and I don’t know that it is ever going to get good enough for voice chat to not be a risk.

    If it…[Read more]

While I enjoy watching games on Summoner Rift, I don’t really enjoy playing on it as much. I’ll probably get around playing ranked again to try and get gold for the season rewards but I personally prefer playing shorter game modes like ARAM and Nexus Blitz (loved that game mode). I have gotten to gold before and I’m pretty sure I could get higher…[Read more]

  • ?League Today

I feel like the foundations of this game are extremely old and outdated but there is no really good way of fixing that. Things like the shape of the map, how stats work, summoner spells (flash); all of it come from a bygone age of limitations and less understanding. Unfortunately, I can’t think of anyway to fix that without completely upending the…[Read more]

  • ?The Price of Gaming

I don’t like to buy games until I’ve done a little research on them to find out if they have any serious pitfalls or are instead great.I usually wait for the “Game of the Year” or “Definative” edition because they will typically have all the DLC wrapped up in one package and I find that far more valuable. And on top of all that, I usually wait…[Read more]
