Legislating morality is not the function of government. Anyone can infer gender discrimination from the gender pay gap statistic precisely because it uses the ratio of median yearly income of female to male full time workers. The US gender pay gap doesn’t come close to proving a disparate impact against women because it is too broad. Show me pay…

Lol, I hear a lot of talk about it, but that’s all it seems to be. I’m against any law mandating a certain level of pay; however, I’d back any boycott or protest against a company with proven wage discrimination. Still waiting…

Anecdotal, as well as hearsay. There is a personal responsibility aspect of this argument. That is, don’t work for less than you are worth.
