No!
It’s a younger generation trying to grab power from the established order, and finding itself in the surprising position of being able to invent the rules by which it can do so.
Obviously they have enablers among their elders — e.g. professors in Grievance Studies, who in turn are also using the movement to advance their careers within…

Political Correctness seems very much the same thing as the anti-Blasphemy laws of medieval Europe (or 21st century Iran & Saudi Arabia), none of which are particularly Marxist.
I see it as just an intolerant, narcissist, petty authoritarianism, which invariably manifests itself (on left or right) whenever an establsihed elite is trying to…

Since no one has responded, I’ll have a go, as I too consider myself centrist.
For me the term has the following meaning:
1) Political decisions/policies should be compromises between viewpoints, not winner-takes all imposistions of the majority view.
2) Aside from their political acceptability, extreme solutions (neo-liberalism, communism) are…

Looking back over the years at the start of political correctness, the parallels between that and the “me too” movement seem quite clear. In both cases you had an attempt to address a real problem. In the case of political correctness it was being openly an unapologetically offensive to people who were different within our culture.
But in both… -

i tried to ask a question with a superchat but it didn’t get read out, probably because of all the specials spamming “demographics”, so i thought i’d ask you here. you describe yourselves as centrists, but i’m curious to know what you mean by this as i see it as a pretty inane label. do you remain wherever the centre is, shifting with it if the…

Keep up the good work lads, I think woke culture is gonna make people racist in the next 5 years. I’m 18 and don’t buy the whole pc bs and can see normal right wingers being radicalised to be racists.
The woke left are winning in a sense (making people racist) and people just don’t realise it. Does my head in to see reasonable people drop off…

Breaking my qt virginity. I think it made no sense you banned people. As you spoke to Andrew Doyle and he said when he was banned then reinstated gained 20,000 new followers.
And I think it worked for you guys too. Love the channel. -

Why won’t you interview Laura Towler or Mark? They are not neo Nazis, they’re concerned with demographics, like all of us in the comments. Whether you like it or not the statistics don’t lie.

Thanks! It’s a tough question, but I think people such as yourselves at Triggernometry help a lot by just being plain reasonable, and – importantly – not falling into the trap of reacting in an overly combative way. Without failing, though, to call out bullshit where and where it is served up, and in no uncertain terms. You guys are leading the…

JG is talking about the theory of cultural marxism. It goes back to the red scare and was promoted by soviet defectors. Political correctness is subversion. Subversion away from Chrstianity and the fundamental core values of our civilization. The claimed design is a long term goal of infiltration into educational institutions to get the youth to…

The woke movement reminds me of the rich people in the Hunger Games. I know that I am too busy doing my dirty job to have time to dye my hair bright colours. And I definitely don’t have time to contemplate my gender identity and white privilege.

I think Andrew Doyle got it right. PC although it tended to get hi-jacked by some annoying people, was basically about extending the reach of basic civility in society to reflect society’s increasing diversity, and accomplished this goal, broadly speaking. Not perfectly, but then nothing and nobody is perfect. But then, as Douglas Murray explained…
