Ok, but the time alex normaly streams is usually past office hours anyway, and because he effectively installed new walls all the way around the sound shouldn’t leak too much.

Ok here’s my ideas, all in one post.
First the tv.
position: Put it on the wall opposite the entrance, that way you can glimpse it from outside if need be and really because it’s the best spot for it, and the only free wall that isn’t slanted.

You do know this is an office building right? Great sound for games. Bad sound for business place. Bad form for business practice and professionalism in general. In fact you really should not be doing a gaming room in your office. But at least be respectful to those around you and don’t do this.

No way he’ll fit 3 screens there without feeling claustrophobic. Have you guys even seen the room or are you just listing what you’d want for yourselves?

god no. The only thing a Nintendo gaming device is good for is gathering dust.
